I offer one to one personal training sessions at my home in Mawnan Smith. We make use of my equipment and space; using dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, plates, slam balls, bands, TRX, and much more.
If you don’t fancy the journey, or don’t live locally – thats no problem, let’s take it online. From 12 week bespoke personalised plans to ad hoc training sessions, there’s something for everyone.
WHY WORK WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER?
Everyone is different, right? We all need different things in life, and the same applies for how we keep active. Classes work for some people, as does running, or sports, or going to the gym by yourself. But if you’re looking for a little more from your fitness, a Personal Trainer is a really great place to start. And I promise you – it’s not all about weight loss. In fact with me, unless that is your goal (which, if so, great) then its NEVER about weight loss.
